This precious little figurine is called “God Bless Us Everyone” and depicts “Tiny Ted Bear” dressed in blue patched overalls, a blue striped railroad hat, and a red/pink scarf. His left elbow is patched, and in his left paw he carries a small branch with leaves while he has a crutch under his right arm.
