One of my favorite types of stones are Crazy Lace Agates. The patterns of colors and lines are just special to me and this necklace is one of those. I love the brown, gray, and white earth tones that are intertwined and mottled with each other.

I used copper wire to match with some of the veins of color in this stone and wire wrapped it in such a way that its held in place without covering the beauty of the stone. I added just a bit of ‘fancy’ with the swirls on the bale in keeping with the ‘crazy lace’ pattern in the stone, as well. The ‘fancy’ black chain and coordinating lobster clasp bring out the bit of darker veins and keep everything safe and secure. This really is a very pretty necklace and shows off the Crazy Lace Agate nicely.
