This wooden, hand painted, table top, bird house will remind you of the coming spring all through the winter. Just as people often travel south to warmer climates during the cold winter months, most birds also migrate south to their summer homes. So, I made this ‘Birdie Beach House’ table decoration as a reminder that they’ll be back.

I’ve used lots of various sizes of sea shells, paint, wallpaper, and colored ‘flowers’ with wires to hold them in place. What bird house would be authentic without actual feathers? So I’ve also included genuine canary feathers around the doors and on both sides. Then, to complete the beach house, I added a personal touch with a note to any visitors that says, “Be Back Soon”.

This one-of-a-kind, Birdie Beach House measures 5 1/2″ tall from the base to the point of the roof, 3 1/2″ wide, and 2 1/2″ deep.
